4. DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time is between 7 and 9 days.
Delivery times apply to orders placed from Monday to Friday before 3:00 p.m. For orders placed on weekends or after 3:00 p.m., the delivery period will start on the next business day.
The order will be processed once payment is confirmed. If payment is made by card, the amount will be debited instantly. If made by bank transfer, it may take one or two days.
5. FOURTEEN-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Individuals have the right to return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. To do so, you can contact us by phone or through the contact form. Your purchase amount will be refunded once the product's condition is verified. The product must be returned in perfect condition without limiting the product's use. The customer will always pay for the transportation costs arising from the return.

If the product requires customization or is made to measure, once the customization is requested, it cannot be returned as per Article 103 of RD 1/2007 regarding exceptions to the right of withdrawal.

6. WARRANTY
All products offered by Baglinox have a TWO-YEAR warranty. The validity period of the warranty starts from the product's delivery date.
Basmat, S.L. is responsible for any non-conformities that appear within two years from the delivery date.
The customer must inform the seller of the non-conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
If the customer invokes the warranty but the defect is due to damage unrelated to the product (not covered by the warranty), the customer will bear any repair costs. Our authorized personnel will first determine whether the defect is due to manufacturing or unrelated damage after the product's delivery.
7. RETURNS
In the event of a return, you must contact us to obtain the return number and notice. You can do this by phone or through the contact form. You are responsible for returning the product in perfect condition without limiting its use. Therefore, ensure the product is well-packaged. The customer will always pay for the transportation costs arising from the return. If desired, Basmat can arrange the product's return transport for you.
The return will not be approved until we examine the product. If the return is approved, we will refund the amount in the same payment method used for the purchase. If paid by credit card, the amount will be credited to the same credit card number used for the purchase.
If the return is not approved, the product will be returned to the customer, and shipping costs will be charged. A returned product without a valid return number will be resent to the customer, and shipping costs will be charged.
8. CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
Payments made by credit card are encrypted and sent directly to your bank through a secure banking platform. Basmat will never have access to this information. In case of any incorrect charge, the customer is covered by the bank's insurance. This insurance remains valid even if the seller company undergoes liquidation or bankruptcy.

If there is suspicion of fraudulent credit card purchases, the bank will stop the payment. It is important, therefore, to always follow instructions and correctly enter your data when proceeding with the purchase.
 
9. BANK TRANSFER
If you do not wish to use a credit card, you can pay directly into our account via bank transfer. You must deposit the full amount into the account indicated by Basmat within five days; otherwise, the order will be canceled. Always include your order number when making the payment. We will send the products as soon as your payment is confirmed.
10. DEFECTS WHEN MAKING THE PURCHASE
If the product has any defect, damage, or is not the product you ordered, or if the quantity of purchased products is incorrect, please contact customer service via email (basmat@basmat.com) or by phone at 00 34 948 230 492. The defect must be reported within two months after the delivery date.
11. TRANSPORT DAMAGE
Visible damage to the product's packaging must be reported to the shipping agency.
