Shipping and returns

Deliveries

Orders are prepared and shipped within 7 working days approximately. For deliveries to mainland Spain and Portugal, the packages are delivered within approximately 48 hours after the despatch in the factory.

For orders shipped to Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, please consult.

For orders shipped to other countries in Europe and North Africa the delivery time is 3-4 days. For orders to other countries, please consult.

Returns

In the event of errors attributable to Basmat SL, the company will take care of the expenses and replacement. Returns must be made within 10 working days from the reception of the goods.

In the case of anomalies in the transport (open or broken packages, missing packages ...), please indicate it in the carrier's delivery note.

If the customer is not satisfied with the products he can agree a return with Basmat, if the material is reusable. The customer will pay the cost of transport. The refund is subject to the correct reception of the material.
