Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Contracting
Below is the contractual document governing the purchase of products and services through the website www.basmat.com, owned by BAGLINOX S.L. Acceptance of this document means that the user:
- Has read, understands and comprehends what is set out herein.
- Is a person with sufficient legal capacity to enter into a contract.
- Assumes all obligations set out herein.
These terms and conditions shall remain in force indefinitely and shall apply to all purchases made through the provider's website www.basmat.com.
The provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms and Conditions, without this affecting goods or promotions purchased prior to the modification.
Identity of the Parties
On the one hand, the provider of the goods or services contracted by the user is BAGLINOX S.L., with registered office at Calle Polígono Comarca I, calle L, Nº 27, Tax ID (CIF) B31475999 and customer service telephone number 948 290 552, and on the other hand,
the user, registered on the website with a username and password, for which they bear full responsibility for use and safekeeping, and is responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided to the provider.
Purpose of the Contract
The purpose of this contract is to regulate the purchase and sale relationship arising between the provider and the user at the time the user completes the online contracting process.
The purchase and sale relationship involves the delivery, in exchange for a specified price publicly displayed on the website, of a specific product or service.
Contracting Procedure
The contracting procedure may only be carried out in Spanish. If it could be carried out in another language, this will be indicated before starting the contracting procedure.
In order to access the services offered by the provider, the user must register on the website by creating a user account. To do so, the user must freely and voluntarily provide the personal data that will be requested.
The user will choose a username and password, undertaking to use them diligently and not to make them available to third parties, and to notify the provider of their loss or theft or of possible access by an unauthorised third party, so that the provider may proceed with immediate blocking.
The user may not choose as a username words intended to mislead others by identifying themselves as a member of the provider's staff, nor offensive or insulting expressions and, in general, anything contrary to the law or to the requirements of morality and good customs.
Once the user account has been created, please note that, in accordance with Article 27 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the contracting procedure will follow these steps:
Select the product(s) you are interested in and click on “Add to cart”.
- Once you have finished choosing the products, click confirm in the cart section.
- Log in or create a user account.
- Review, add and/or confirm the delivery address.
- Select the type of delivery you want.
- Review and confirm the purchase details.
- Make payment using one of the available options.
- If you have chosen bank transfer, you will receive an email with the transfer details you must make.
In any case, once the contracting procedure has been completed, the provider's contracting platform will inform the user by email of all characteristics, price, shipping methods, date of purchase and estimated delivery date of the product or service contracted.
Order Delivery
Orders will be delivered to the delivery address freely designated by the user. Accordingly, the provider assumes no responsibility when delivery of the product or service cannot be made because the data provided by the user is false, inaccurate or incomplete, or when delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the recipient.
If, upon receipt of the order, any product arrives in poor condition, the user must contact the store within the following 24 hours, by email, telephone or WhatsApp, with the images and details necessary to justify the problem. The store will carry out the necessary checks and take appropriate measures, issuing a voucher for the amount of the damaged product or a refund of its amount where responsibility lies with the store or the transport company.
Without prejudice to the above, the provider must take the measures required of a diligent trader so that delivery can be made within the agreed time, and if not, as soon as possible, to the satisfaction of both the sender and the recipient, so no liability may be attributed to the provider.
Price and Validity Period of the Offer
The prices indicated for each product include Value Added Tax (VAT) and shall in all cases be expressed in euros (€). Unless expressly stated otherwise, such prices do not include shipping, handling, packaging, shipping insurance or any other additional services ancillary to the product or service purchased.
The prices applicable to each product shall be those published on the website and automatically applied by the contracting process in its final stage. The customer accepts that, in any case, the economic valuation of some products may vary in real time. In all cases, this will always be communicated to users in advance.
Any payment made to the provider will result in the issue of an invoice in the name of the registered user. Such invoice will be automatically sent to the email address provided by the user and also sent together with the product purchased.

Right of Withdrawal
The user shall have a period of 14 business days from the date of receipt of the product to return it. Unless the return is due to defects in the product, shipping costs shall be borne by the user. In any case, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
Applicable Warranties
All products offered through the website are fully original, unless otherwise stated in their description.
All of them have a 2-year warranty period, in accordance with the criteria and conditions set out in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law in all matters not expressly provided for. The provider and the user agree to submit any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products or services covered by these Terms and Conditions to the Courts and Tribunals of the user's place of residence.
If the user is domiciled outside Spain, the provider and the user expressly waive any other forum and submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Pamplona, Navarre (Spain).
